ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Sales Representative for Chelsey Loper State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Assist clients with insurance inquiries and policy changes.

Process applications, claims, and other paperwork.

Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.

Maintain client records and update databases.

Support sales and marketing efforts as needed.

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and filing.

Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using office software and systems.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Knowledge of insurance products and processes is a plus.
