Mandatory Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or other related field or 5 years equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
Experience serving as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
Experience and expertise in the business unit(s) they support as well as an understanding of the IT organizations systems and capabilities.
Experience analyzing business unit operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.
Experience assisting in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
Experience translating high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and managing changes to such specifications.
Excellent communication and documentation skills. (Proficient in English)
Preferred Qualifications
Able to work on site in Tallahassee Florida
Familiar with Microsoft .NET Programming
