Responsibilities
- Requirements collection, evaluation and documentation of findings to include gap analysis
- Analysis and data collection from various systems
- Analyze and document requirements including coordinating acceptance criteria/test cases
- Process mapping and modeling (both current state and future state) documentation to include flowcharts and traceability matrices
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Solution implementation and testing
- Collaborate across multiple business units, technology teams, and 3rd party SaaS provider to understand, develop, and define requirements with the coordinating acceptance criteria
- Analyze and document requirements from multiple sources including test cases/acceptance criteria
- Collaborate and coordinate the development of process flows, traceability matrices, work estimates, test plans and test results with project test lead
- Conduct test case and test plan reviews to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria clearly defined
- Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved/escalated in a timely manner
- Effectively convey how various issues affect each other and the outcome of the project and the overall program
- Understand expectations that were set with client, recognize when issues/events may affect delivery, and communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions
- Follow through with commitments and foster mutual trust with all working groups
- Ensure project team is kept well informed of project changes with open communication
- Effectively apply company project methodology and enforce standards
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology or other related field or equivalent training/experience
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Experience with requirements facilitation and gathering, defining acceptance criteria and testing best practices (functional, unit, integration, regression)
- Experience with airline crew management and/or pay products
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software; specifically Excel spreadsheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses a good understanding of payroll processing in accordance with labor contracts
