Jr. Business Data Analyst
Based out of NJ and available to be on site three days a week in New Brunswick, NJ
- Understanding of software development lifecycle process (SDLC), and agile (i.e. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) methodologies including supporting tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically to resolve problems, prioritize, and balance multiple tasks.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners and to lead and empower teams, set the vision, drive technology strategy and roadmap, and build positive relationships.
- Ability to work with multi-functional teams to deliver software projects on time and within budget across global time zones.
- Identify and capture detailed user requirements
- Knowledge of Data warehouses, Data Lakes, Knowledge of Databricks, AWS and Azure.
- Ability to assemble, analyze, and evaluate data and to be able to make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to the Business stakeholders and the Project Team
- Excellent analytic skills associated with working on unstructured and structured datasets.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- The ability to work with minimal supervision and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
- DevOps and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Business Ideals/Preference:
- CDL or EDW background
- Quality Background (GxP, Agile Methodology)
- Sspecific source system/data structures of Quality Systems knowledge - LIMS, NC, CAPA, Audit systems such as Trackwise, Comet, Curve, PQMS, Summit, ETQ Instict
