Responsibilities/Requirements
- A Business Systems Analyst is required to support multiple initiatives within the Bank’s Branch and Portals organization including modernization of internal facing Portals and a Content Management Strategy
- Experience supporting technology initiatives in Financial Services desired
- Knowledge of Content Management solutions such as Adobe Experience, Liferay, Wordpress desired
- Experience of working with web based portal technologies desired
- Must be able to collaborate with business partners to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
- Must be able to conduct analysis of technology processes and procedures
- Must be able to document technology requirements and deliverables precisely and articulately
- Will support Technology Lead in tracking and implementation of developments, resolution of risks and issues
- 5 years of experience
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Associates degree or higher education
- Prior Financial Services/Banking experience
