A Our company client in Sausalito, CA is looking for a Full Stack Web Developer with experience using Python and React for geospatial mapping.

Summary

• Backend will be the heavier portion for this role
• Simple front end, but quite a bit of activity in backend to calculate everything
• Some front end design - there is art on the mapping side to bring back data into the map
• Must be able to surge into GPUs as it needs it
• Once on the cloud, needs to access GPUs in opportunistic basis
• Each line of sight is an independent, because everything can be vectorized
  
  

Required Skills : * Front end - React experience * Experience with Fast API to create API backend hooks to the python code * Cloud deployment experience * Searching methods experience (R-Tree) * Experience with Google Mapping and Leaflet * Front end mapping experience * Intuition for geospatial thinking * Knowledge of geospacing and viewshed is very helpful/needed * Python experience * Experience with PyTorch * Numpy experience (plus)
