Key Responsibilities: ? Data Architecture: Design and implement scalable data architectures to support EMR migration, leveraging data mesh principles. ? Data Migration: Lead the migration of data from legacy EMR systems to new platforms, ensuring data integrity and security. ? Modern Data Stack: Utilize modern data stack technologies to build robust data pipelines and workflows. ? Data Sharing: Develop and maintain solutions for secure and efficient data sharing across systems and stakeholders. ? Data Products: Create and manage data products that provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes. ? Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the data engineering team, ensuring best practices in data management and integration. ?
