- Salesforce Product Manager Contract to hire Phoenix AZ -2 days a week Onsite Essential Functions
- Manage multiple projects related to the Web, systems or applications, tracking key requirements and metrics to ensure that the final product meets objectives
- Leads more complex product development or enhancement activities, including a comprehensive analysis of the market, competitive position and customer research
- Mentors, guides and influences other product managers in defining the product strategy and roadmap for assigned business, systems or application products
- Proposes and recommends goals, metrics and objectives for online products, applications or systems and plans assigned projects to help achieve department goals
- Provides input to recommended changes to policies and guidelines Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Acts as point of contact for the relationship with business and technology partners to gather and understand requirements, and to deliver product roadmap
- Works actively with the business and team to resolve issues
- Exercises discretion in determining priorities and the best methods to use when directing team efforts and resolving product design or enhancement challenges
- Provides research or develops options, and makes recommendations to effectively address design and enhancement issues
- Integrates work schedules and collaborates with engineers
Required Skills : Education and Experience/Licenses and Certification - Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant discipline - 8 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Experience directly related to technical product management, customer relationship management or products, systems or applications experience = Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products - Knowledge and understanding of competitive analysis, functionality requirements definition, business requirements definition, basic marketing principles, return on investment analysis, etc. - Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
