- Lead change initiatives using Prosci ADKAR, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
- Establish and manage an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Community of Practice
- Develop and implement communication strategies and change impact assessments
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, empathy sessions, and process improvement workshops
- Design and execute new hire onboarding, mentoring, and buddy programs
- Create and conduct ADKAR survey assessments to monitor change adoption
- Lead training webinars, workshops, and collaborative events (e.g., Lean Coffee, Book Clubs)
- Manage collaboration tools such as FigJam, Mural, MS Team Whiteboard, JIRA, and Confluence
- Provide expertise in SAFe PI Planning and agile project management
