We are seeking a Senior React Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in React and TypeScript to help shape and refine our design system and UI component library. This role is not fullstack or backendfocusedinstead you will be responsible for building reusable components that empower engineers across the firm to develop and deploy applications efficiently.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React with deep knowledge of Reacts core principles
- Expertise in TypeScript and modern frontend development tools (Babel Webpack NPM Yarn etc.)
- Extensive design system experience (Carbon Ant Radix or similar)
- Strong background in accessibility (A11Y) and experience implementing WCAG standards
- Experience with Storybook for React to document and test UI components
- Solid understanding of automated testing (unit integration visual performance)
- Opensource contributions or prior experience building libraries for broader engineering teams
