Senior Data Analyst
6 Month Contract to Hire
Overview : We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. This role involves working with various data sets including clinical case data contact center data and productivity metrics. The analyst will support multiple areas within Prime from the Csuite to financial and legal departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and manage data sets related to clinical cases contact centers and operational productivity.
- Perform ad hoc data queries data dumps and project work including ongoing support and repeated reports.
- Spend the majority of time on clinical review while also supporting other areas.
- Pull data from various systems apply logic and analysis and create dashboards using Excel PowerBI and Tableau.
- Work on an ad hoc basis with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data solutions.
Technical Requirements :
Needs to be able to do complex joins CTEs case statements query optimization data cleansing aggregation recursive queries
functions multiple libraries such as Pandas Numpy Seaborn (R is another plus)
