Functional HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Absence and Time Tracking
Experience as a product owner in the space is very desirable
Techno Functional experience is needed but building integrations is not necessary
Deep skills in the module doing functional configurations.
Required Skills : Requirements: * 5 ish years' experience * Experience in HCM, Absence, time tracking * Workday fundamentals, business process * Reports: Simple, advanced, matrix, composite BIRT * Needs someone who can come in and work autonomously and be a doer--no handholding * Ability to interface with business units (both technical and functional) * Understand how to build integrations, though the emphasis is fine tuning versus building from scratch * (preferred) Workday extend experience * Extend rolled out in 2020--it's a way to code in Workday without having to change the code line (understand Workday studio and Workday programming language)
