Maintenance Tech :
Qualified candidates will be able maintain a safe and clean environment that is in good working order through preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities include :
Keep boiler rooms free of trash and organized
Keep basement and maintenance shop orderly and clean
Keep all grounds free from snow
Complete all work orders from maintenance director
Keeps all maintenance and grounds equipment in good working
Report any unsafe situation, any concern or problem to the Director of Maintenance
OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Qualifications : High School Diploma
Must be able to work in a team environment
Work well with others
Positive, upbeat and friendly
