We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience at Chem-Impex International, Inc. If you’re passionate about recruitment, employee development, and building a positive, inclusive company culture, we’d love to meet you. In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams across the organization to support recruitment, employee relations, benefit administration, and more. Whether it’s recruitment, employee relations, or performance management, you bring a hands-on approach to solving HR challenges.
  • You’re highly detail-oriented and have a knack for balancing multiple priorities without compromising quality. You’re committed to ensuring that every employee feels supported and engaged, and you know how to implement strategies that help employees succeed at all stages of their journey.
  • You’re proactive and resourceful. You anticipate challenges and work ahead of them, adapting quickly to change. You know how to build trust with both employees and leadership, and you’re always looking for ways to improve HR processes and create an inclusive, thriving work environment.
  • You believe in continuous learning. You’re eager to grow in your HR career and stay ahead of industry trends. You embrace feedback and love sharing ideas to drive HR innovation and improve employee satisfaction.
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, or a similar HR position.

Things You’ll Do


Lead talent acquisition and recruitment by:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to lead the full recruiting process, from job posting to hiring.
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to build a pipeline of top talent.
  • Guiding new hires through a seamless onboarding experience and orientation process, ensuring they feel supported and excited about their new role.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and industry contacts to continually strengthen our talent pool.

Support employee relations and benefits administration by:

  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records in our HRIS system.
  • Serving as a go-to resource for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and offering support for general HR concerns.
  • Assisting in administering company benefits, including organizing information sessions and creating employee benefit guides.
  • Supporting payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Actively contributing to the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.

Maintaining policies and procedures by:

  • Keeping HR policies and procedures up to date, including maintaining the employee handbook.
  • Communicating and helping enforce HR policies across the organization, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Documenting and refining HR standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Developing and managing job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect roles and responsibilities.
