Global Quality and Operational Excellence Manager
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues across all regions to develop and maintain a global platform for quality and operational excellence. The platform will be used to share critical information, facilitate global alignment, foster collaboration, and manage change across the organization.
- Oversee change management communication on the global quality platform, ensuring clear and effective dissemination of updates to formulations, specifications, and shelf life.
- Develop and maintain a centralized customer complaint database to monitor trends, track corrective actions, and drive initiatives to improve quality and customer satisfaction globally.
- Track regional internal and external Quality Management System certification audit findings and corrective actions. Identify trends and best practices to share globally.
- Ensure alignment of OpEx initiatives with organizational strategic goals and facilitate collaboration among regional teams for consistent execution.
- Identify, document, and share successful OpEx practices and methodologies to drive continuous improvement globally.
- Provide guidance and resources on OpEx tools and techniques to regional teams, fostering a culture of learning and ongoing improvement across the organization.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to align and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Strong leadership capability to guide cross-functional teams through positive influence, foster a collaborative environment, and drive projects to successful completion without direct managerial authority.
- Bachelor of Science or Engineering
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- 5 years of quality experience in a chemical or related industry
- 5 years of operational excellence experience
- Six Sigma (Blackbelt or Master Blackbelt) and Lean certification preferred
