Role Description:
- Own performance marketing strategy across TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital channels.
- Launch, test, and scale paid ad campaigns for new customer acquisition and retargeting.
- Work closely with internal and creatives to develop engaging video and ad content.
- Manage and collaborate with freelancers, creators, or agencies as needed.
- Analyze performance data, optimize campaigns, and report on ROAS, CAC, and other key KPIs.
- Build landing pages, funnels, and other DTC touchpoints (using tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Stay ahead of platform trends, especially on TikTok and IG Reels.
- Contribute to long-term brand growth and help shape Chemco’s digital marketing team.
- Analyze beauty trends and assist product development team create new products.
What we're looking for:
- Proven success managing and scaling social media Meta and/or TikTok ad accounts.
- Strong creative/branding instincts
- Data-savvy: comfortable with Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and spreadsheets.
- Bonus: Experience in beauty, skincare, or DTC product space.
