Qualifications
· Must have five (5) years or more of experience.
- Specifically in the field of Heavy Equipment.
· This position includes both work in the Field and in our Shop.
· Applicants must be able to:
- Diagnose hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Read schematics.
- Be able to work on all types of gas and diesel engines.
- Be able to work on power trains.
· Must have a valid Driver License (Preferably Ohio License)
- A CDL (Commercial Driver License) is a plus, but is not a requirement.
· Must maintain professional communication skills.
· Must maintain a strong work ethic.
· Must be willing to work weekends with advanced notice.
· Must demonstrate an attitude toward excellence with clients and co-workers.
· Attendance is highly important due to year round work schedule.
· High School Diploma/G.E.D./Technical School preferred but not required.
