ChemDesign ins Marinette, Wisconsin is looking for a Part Time Custodian. If you are a motivated, take pride in your work, and have a passion for cleanliness, we want you on our team! Our custodian contributes to our company mission by helping maintain a clean offices, lunchroom, and locker room areas for our employees and customers.
Typical Schedule
· Part time, Afternoons and every other weekend. $17/hour
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
- Understanding of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Offices:
- Perform thorough cleaning of office areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming floors.
- Sanitize desks, tables, and other surfaces to maintain a hygienic work environment.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners as necessary.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure availability for daily tasks.
- Dining Areas:
- Clean and sanitize lunchrooms or dining areas, including tables, chairs, and countertops.
- Ensure proper disposal of food waste and maintain cleanliness of sinks and kitchen appliances.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning agents as needed.
- Locker & Rest Rooms:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in locker rooms, including showers, benches, toilet/urinals, and lockers.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces and equipment.
- Restock toiletries and amenities.
