POSITION SUMMARY
This is a part-time faculty pool for available assignments during the academic year. Applications are considered throughout the year and reviewed based on department need. This recruitment is for instructors who will serve our Woodburn Center in Woodburn, OR, and / or Yamhill Valley Campus in McMinnville, OR and / or Polk Center in Dallas, OR and / or our Salem Campus in Salem, OR.

Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree in English, Composition and Rhetoric, or an equivalent discipline (from an accredited institution) with at least 12 graduate credit hours in composition and rhetoric.
Master's Degree in a related discipline with 24 graduate credit hours in English, Composition and Rhetoric, or related relevant coursework (from an accredited institution) with at least 12 graduate credit hours in composition and rhetoric.
Note : An MAT or other education degree is not considered an equivalent or related discipline. However, an MFA in a writing field is considered an equivalent discipline.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Sedentary Work : Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary requirements are met.
