What You Will Experience In This Position
- Responsible for developing and implementing a global talent acquisition strategy, leading international recruitment operations, and enhancing the candidate experience across various markets
- Use data and analytics to track recruitment performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Lead high-impact searches for critical roles while building out processes for the broader organization to attract and retain top talent
- Create and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent and promote the company as an employer of choice globally
- Stay current on global recruitment trends, labor market conditions, and standard processes to ensure competitive and effective talent acquisition
- Lead compliance with international employment regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process
- Establish programs that enhance our employment brand and ensure a flawless candidate experience
- Lead the global recruitment budget and allocate resources effectively to support recruitment activities
- Accountable for building, maintaining, and developing a team of recruiters focused on providing a positive candidate experience
- Implement & lead recruiting projects & initiatives
- Promote and ensure inclusion & diversity remain a focal point for all processes & practices
- Provide full cycle recruitment for professional and executive level positions across the organization
- Responsibility to build and maintain relations with all talent acquisition-related vendors, including job boards, social media, resume databases, search firms, etc
- Responsibility for MSAs, contracts and invoices in partnership with Supply & HRLT as well as communication of agreements to the broader HR community
- Ideally, 8 years of recruiting experience and experience leading and developing recruiters
- English fluency is required, and being multi-lingual is helpful
- Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
- Previous experience leading and influencing in a global organization
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
- Solid understanding of global labor markets, employment laws, and recruitment best practices
- Demonstrable track record of quickly being able to build relationships and establish trust with leaders & partners
- Ability to navigate cultural differences and diverse market dynamics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- A builder mentality with experience designing and leading talent acquisition processes in a thriving organization
