Description
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, oversees CASA’s agency wide daily clinical and program operations, including Residential, MAT, PHP, IOP, OP and Outreach programs. Adheres to ASAM-3 policies and implementation requirements for all clinical programming, intakes, assessments treatment plans and discharges. Oversees interns, including recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation to ensure compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies. Maintains a multicultural recovery and person centered approach.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Five years of professional supervision and Behavioral Health experience; or a combination of a Master’s degree in a related field and professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Medication Assisted Treatment, Residential Treatment Services, ambulatory levels of care, co-occurring MH/SU disorders and ASAM III clinical criteria.
- Knowledgeable about Federal Guidelines for Opioid Treatment Programs
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience with culturally diverse populations and willingness to develop continuing skills towards multicultural competency within a behavioral health setting.
- Must demonstrate good emotional stability, maturity, warmth and openness.
