Position Overview :
As a Store Manager, you'll lead your team to success by overseeing daily operations, developing a high-performing team, and driving outstanding customer service. Your leadership, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills will help ensure sales goals are exceeded, team members are motivated, and store standards are consistently met. This role is a mix of leadership, sales, operations and community engagement.

Attract, recruit, and hire top talent to build a high-performing team. Lead by example, providing motivation, coaching, and training to help your team surpass sales goals. Create a supportive and growth-driven environment where each team member is empowered to thrive and succeed.
