Telephone Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telephone Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting warm calls, engaging with potential clients, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for technology sales, enabling them to effectively convey the value of our offerings.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calling to potential customers to generate interest in our products and services.
• Utilize warm calling techniques to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote new products and special offers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help refine sales approaches.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Experience

• Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A background in technical sales is beneficial but not required.

Pay: $17.59 - $19.06 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
