We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients in your designated territory. You will leverage your expertise in B2B sales to drive revenue growth through direct sales efforts, lead generation, and territory management. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively position our products and services.
What You Will Do:
✔ Drive Sales Growth: Conduct daily in-person cold calls to businesses in Southern Florida to generate new leads and expand our customer base.
✔ Build & Maintain Relationships: Develop strong, long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
✔ Be a Product Expert: Present and demonstrate Chemicals Global product offerings, guiding clients to the best solutions for their needs.
✔ Collaborate with Our Team: Work with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service
✔ Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
✔ Business Analysis: Provide regular updates on sales progress, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) Mandatory
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Experience in territory sales management with the ability to analyze market data effectively.
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results and meet targets.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
