URGENLY HIRING CAREGIVERS- that will provide the following services to a client: medication prompting, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, bathing/dressing etc.
***30.5 HOURS PER WEEK*** 6 days per week
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Home management and care planning
- Medical advocacy
- Prescription medical management
- Help with personal hygiene and care
- Assisting with meals and nutrition
- Help with mobility
- Home maintenance and basic house keeping
- Errands
- Keeping them company
- Reporting and monitoring the patients’ health changes
