We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Blend Technician / Chemical Operator to join our Saint Louis team. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain chemical processing equipment, ensure top-notch product quality, and collaborate with a team committed to safety, efficiency, and innovation.
What You’ll Do
Monday-Friday, 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) or 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM), plus occasional weekends.

We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Blend Technician / Chemical Operator to join our Saint Louis team. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain chemical processing equipment, ensure top-notch product quality, and collaborate with a team committed to safety, efficiency, and innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and maintain chemical processing and blending equipment.
- Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment in peak condition.
- Maintain accurate records of production and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with your team to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
- Uphold the highest safety and quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience operating chemical processing equipment.
- Knowledge of chemical processes, equipment, and manufacturing operations (blending, filling drums, line work, distribution).
- Experience with Datacor ERP is a bonus!
- Forklift certification or experience (required).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
