Job Description: The Corporate Controller position is responsible for leading the platform level finance department in adding
and creating value around accurate and timely financial reporting for the organization.
Essential Functions
- Lead months end close through balance sheet reconciliations and preparation of consolidated financial statements for the CFO’s review
- Responsible for annual tax compliance and tax provision preparation
- Liaison for external audits in addition to completion of audited financial statements and support for calendar year end.
- Prepare and present periodic MIS reports for internal departments (Operations, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, etc.)
- Assist and Support in periodic TTB – DSP reporting and tax filings
- Lead accounting project which requires judgment and knowledge of US GAAP
- Lead P&L modeling in determine project based gross margin profitability
- Support requests from the local entity and various stakeholders throughout the organization
- Support FP&A in annual budget and periodic forecasting processes
- Establish and maintain systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhance the company’s value.
- Assist IPG HR function through local support
- Reports to CFO
- Perform other Finance department functions as needed
