The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial analyses, identify performance trends, and support budgeting and forecasting processes.The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial modeling, and a demonstrated ability to influence decision-making through clear and impactful communication. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis - Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial reports, including variance analyses, trend analyses, and key performance indicators (KPIs), to senior management. Budgeting & Forecasting - Lead the preparation of the annual budget and rolling forecasts by collaborating with department leaders to ensure alignment with company objectives. Financial Modeling - Develop, maintain, and refine complex financial models to evaluate business scenarios, profitability, investments, and other strategic initiatives. Operational Support - Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, supporting initiatives related to cost optimization, pricing strategies, and process improvements. Data Integrity & Financial Systems - Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data across reporting systems. Leverage ERP and business intelligence tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. Strategic Advisory - Collaborate with leadership to assess financial performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and identify potential risks and opportunities to drive strategic decision-making. Compliance & Internal Controls - Monitor adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements, ensuring a robust system of internal controls. Ad Hoc Reporting & Special Projects - Take ownership of high-priority projects and reports requested by senior management, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.Qualifications Education - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred. Experience - Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting, with a preference for candidates with corporate finance or consulting backgrounds. Technical Skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable. Analytical Skills - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work with large datasets, develop insights, and recommend actionable solutions. Communication Skills - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadership. Attention to Detail - Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy, ensuring the precision of financial reports and analyses. Leadership - Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
