The Supervisor has the necessary skills to lead planning and execution of any client request and can properly shepherd it through agency processes and departments while meeting agency and client standards. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGBuild and maintain positive, long-lasting client relationships and start gaining exposure to senior level clients. Ability to package all emails and decks that properly communicate to clients based on audience (i.e. VP, CMO, etc.) to ensure the information / plans / creative are delivered in a clear and digestible way. Begin to tell a story through decks that go beyond the execution of deliverables. But how? Partner with your manager, and / or strategy / creative lead to align on the story (what are you trying to sell, what is the obstacle to overcome, etc.) When you review a deck or email, put yourself in your clients' shoes - does this give them the information they need to understand and be successful? Flawless execution of deliverables - decks are polished (packaging matters!), all needed elements, media plans are buttoned up, invoices are accurate, etc.) Financial stewardship of client's business, ensuring invoices are accurate and sent on time, reviewing monthly A / R reports and ensuring all payments are accounted for, tracking agency burn to scope of works Think beyond daily execution and begin to use strategic chops to think about the big picture. This requires you to be in the weeds one second but thinking big picture the next. What is the challenge we're solving? How will this impact the business, our business? Is there an opportunity to think differently about this vs. what's always been done, etc. Remember, your strategy friends are your BFFs, partner with them to help you solve challenges or figure out the right push backs. Provide guidance, support and mentorship to junior account team (when applicable based on account structure). WHAT YOU NEEDCritical Thinker. You think beyond day-to-day and start anticipating client and agency needs before they happen. You provide strategic rigor to everything related to the business. You provide solutions and ways forward when challenges arise. Your creative and media intuition align with agency and client goals. Relationship builder. You've built and can maintain strong relationships with your clients and key internal teams. You have their trust and respect and do what it takes to make sure you clients and team are successful.
