Strategic Growth Manager - Specialty Chemicals
Reports to Vice President of Marketing.
This is a full-time office position that does not include relocation assistance.
We seek a forward-thinking Strategic Growth Manager – Specialty Chemicals to lead customer service and contribute to product management, field sales team, and technical support functions. Key responsibilities include assisting the field sales team in generating leads and expanding our customer base by working with various organization functions to manage product complaints and customer orders.
A bachelor's degree in science or business is required. A master's degree or MBA is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in specialty chemicals, preferably in construction chemicals. They must possess a strong technical foundation or the ability to quickly understand complex product offerings.
The role requires collaboration across teams, from marketing to operations, to ensure seamless product delivery and enhanced customer satisfaction. Travel is expected to be 5-10% (including overnight) to attend trade shows and/or visit customer sites.
