About This Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Maintenance and Reliability team at our Chabers Works location in Deepwater, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for improving mechanical reliability, leading resolution of mechanical equipment failures, and analyzing equipment trends and historical data to recommend and justify improvements. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering trusted solutions that create better lives and help communities thrive.

- Determine how process variation and equipment operation can impact equipment reliability
- Participate in maintenance and reliability networks and share best practices, successes and failures
