Chemours is seeking a HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This position will be available at our Starke, FL location and report directly to the Florida Maintenance Manager.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Installs, repairs and performs preventive maintenance on various equipment in accordance with diagrams, operating manuals, maintenance schedule and manufacturer specifications using hand and power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently on HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards.
• Track HVAC repairs and work completed in SAP.
• Engage with Management to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by answering any questions, concerns, or issues that Management may have.
• Maintaining accurate documentation on all jobs and communication with Management.
• Run service calls- repair and / or replace parts on equipment as necessary.
