Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Reliability Engineer to join our growing Maintenance and Reliability team at our Chabers Works location in Deepwater, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for improving mechanical reliability, leading resolution of mechanical equipment failures, and analyzing equipment trends and historical data to recommend and justify improvements.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for improving mechanical reliability
- Lead resolution of mechanical equipment failures utilizing high quality Root Cause determination methodology, typically Root Cause Failure Analysis
- Analyze equipment trends, historical data, and uptime data to recommend and justify improvements to obtain lowest life cycle cost
- Determine how process variation and equipment operation can impact equipment reliability
