Chemours is seeking an
The Operations Manager position will provide strategic and operational guidance for the safe and cost-effective operation of our Opteon 1234YF manufacturing facilities. The role has multiple direct exempt reports. These include a Production Leader, Production Supervisors, Logistics Supervisor, and Site Training Leader. This role will also be accountable for the non-exempt production technicians and other support roles for the manufacturing area. The Operations Manager will interact directly with business and supply chain teams for coordination of schedules and understanding of customer needs.
