Job Summary
Chempac is a family owned growing business that supports the industrial laundry industry. Because of our outstanding customer service and dedication, we have the need for additional support staff. We have a small office environment with a broad variety of tasks and responsibilities. Our customer base ranges from large multinational corporations to single locations.
Duties
- Proficiency working in QuickBooks.
- Ability to multitask along with timely follow-up on tasks and customer orders.
- Must be able to answer phones in a professional manner, take detailed information and accurately record that information.
- General bookkeeping duties include managing accounts receivable, order entry, and vendor po's.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks(a must)computer software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with clerical tasks including filing, scanning, proofreading, and general office procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
