ChemStation in Longview, TX is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory (approximately a 2.5 hour radius around Longview - does not include Dallas). You will act as the face of our company, promoting our products / services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
