Job Description
Position: Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Leeds, South Carolina - Onsite
Shift: Day shift (7am - 3:30pm) - on call when needed
Compensation: 20.00$ - 22.00$ hourly
Hourly rates are determined by role, level, and location. The hourly rate displayed on each job posting reflects the starting rate for new hires for the position. Rates may also be determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. More specific rate factors for your preferred location can be discussed during the hiring process, as some facilities are subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements. About this role
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for imputing receipts for all goods received within the plant, maintain critical supplies in all warehouses, oversee and maintain Universal Waste within the warehouse, obtain vender quotes for materials and goods, create and submit requisitions for approval, assist Chemtrade’s IT Department with server and computer issues within the facility, perform annual inventory of warehouses and laydown yard, maintain and update the critical parts inventory.
Environmental, Health & Safety Responsibilities:
• Become familiar with Chemtrade Environmental, Health& Safety (EH&S) policies and procedures.
• Hazardous Waste Management Requirements and associated Training Requirements for this position are listed in EHSA procedure BMT-ESHA-ENV-022, Waste Handling, Storage, and Disposal.
• Immediately report all EH&S incidents (injuries, near misses, releases).
• Complete all required EH&S training in a timely fashion.
• Follow all Chemtrade facility and corporate EH&S procedures and practices.
• Attend and actively participate in facility EH&S meetings and forums that will drive employee involvement.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for EH&S program improvement.
• Participate in job safety analysis activities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receive goods into SAP.
• Receive raw materials into SAP for accounts receivable monthly to pay invoices.
• Receive all maintenance, lab, shipping receipts monthly.
• Enter requisitions for approval
• Take orders form maintenance personnel for materials needed to complete jobs
• Take orders from shipping personnel for materials needed to ship railcars and tank cars.
• Coordinate with supervisors on jobs that need to be completed and materials that will be needed to finish the job.
• Research different vendors to get best price.
• Unload freight with forklift as necessary when it arrives.
• Load outgoing freight with forklift as necessary.
• Restock shelves with incoming freight.
• Oversee and maintain Universal Waste storage within the warehouse.
• Oversee the material laydown yard and the proper storage of the 150lb. gas cylinders.
• Perform annual warehouse and laydown yard inventory.
• Assist Chemtrade’s IT Department with network and computer issues within the Beaumont facility.
• Maintain and update critical parts inventory.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Relevant experience in warehouse management.
• Fluent in computer entry.
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of piping, valves, gaskets, and other materials of construction and their terminology.
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
• Employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee is occasionally required to climb stairs/ladders (including vertical)
• Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job may include close vision.
• Must be physically capable of spending long hours sitting in an office environment.
• Must be “fit for duty”.

• Work in areas that are dusty and have some odor from chemicals and etc.
