General Description
The Sales Support Analyst supports sales leadership by providing analytics, playing a critical role in the annual price campaign, anticipating business needs and acting upon them, and managing customer correspondence on an as-needed basis.
The Sales Support Analyst will independently handle projects from conception to completion, proficiently work under pressure at times, effectively communicate across a broad corporate platform, and consistently maintain confidentiality and discretion in all areas of performance.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Employment with ChemTreat is on an at-will basis, which means that either the employee or ChemTreat can terminate the employment relationship at any time and for any reason (or no reason), with or without notice, unless the employee and ChemTreat have entered a written agreement signed by the employee and a duly authorized representative of ChemTreat.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $83,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Lead price initiative reporting and provide all analytics to support the price campaign
- Maintain and monitor price tool, including annual audit testing
- Manage projects from inception through completion, working cross functionally with various teams to achieve company targets
- Extract and analyze data from internal systems for sales leadership
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of presentation material for commercial meetings
- Respond rapidly to urgent customer needs, acting as a liaison between commercial and non-commercial functions
- Lead effective problem solving and establish standard processes for sustainment
- Support field sales with training on technology and electronic tools
- Other duties as assigned
- Technical skills, analytical skills, and business knowledge
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience and demonstrated analytical capability. Experience with pivot tables and v-lookups/x-lookups required
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and experience working with a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Project management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Constantly required to sit and occasionally required to walk, stand, climb (includes stairs), balance, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl, and talk, hear, and smell
- Constantly using hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, and computer keyboards.
- Routinely required to reach with hands and arms, squat, turn/twist, or reach, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
