What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance Worker position at Chenal Country Club?
Assist in the ongoing care of the clubhouse facilities through scheduled maintenance and repairs as needed. Successful candidate must have carpentry, general labor, refrigeration and janitorial experience.
Specific Job Duties include but not limited to:
General housekeeping
Inspect and replace all light fixtures
Install/repair drywall using mud and paint
General daily maintenance; minor plumbing and electrical, carpentry; refrigeration
This position reports directly to the Clubhouse Maintenance Director. A valid driver’s license is required. Mandatory drug screen and background checks will apply. The Club is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, weekend availability is required.
