Part Time Property Maintenance Person
Maintenance person needed for apartment complex.
Duties include: apartment maintenance, turnovers, lawn maintenance, snow removal, general maintenance duties, and tenant relations.
Knowledge of light carpentry, plumbing, electrical helpful. Hours are flexible but position requires availability for emergencies and snow removal
Requires someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and can work with limited supervision
Approximately 20 Hours Per Week.
