User Experience (UX) SharePoint Developer, Level III

Responsibilities
- Assist in project development, defining / translating technical requirements, and developing solutions.
- Provide ongoing support for applications, designing, creation, maintenance, and customizing SharePoint solutions.
- Implement and oversee the management of security and permissions of SharePoint Site Collection, pages, and lists.
- Oversee architectural design and integration content management, portals, collaboration, business processes, or other solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug SharePoint sites.
- Work as a consultant on SharePoint customization projects.
- Use existing customer-licensed SharePoint 2013, 2016, and 2019 software to develop, update, maintain, manage, test, and otherwise complete assigned tasks.
- Follow SharePoint Standard Operating Procedures, SharePoint Governance, and SharePoint Content Procedures.
- Ensure SharePoint sites adhere to the customer SharePoint style guides and requirements.
- Understand and implement SharePoint document version control features as needed.
- Ensure the SharePoint site provides a mechanism for designated users to easily edit and add web content.
- Partner with internal and external teams and application users to conceptualize, design, and prototype excellent user experiences.
- Participate in design activities to identify new product ideas and optimize existing products.
- Research and implement modern web design technologies to create innovative user interfaces and improve workflow efficiency.
- Develop and share recommendations on industry best practices on information architecture, user experience, accessibility compliance, and use of graphics.
- Develop estimates on the scope and duration of work required.
- Collaborate with UI / UX team members during design and content reviews.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Apply results of web usability testing to the design of applications and websites.
- Other duties as assigned.
