- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing organizational change initiatives.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze organizational data.
- Develop and maintain documentation for organizational processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate information management business practices.
- Provide administrative support for management planning and coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field OR
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in organizational development or a similar role.
- Military medical supply chain education and/or experience preferred
- Must hold an active Secret clearance or higher
- Must be able to report onsite, Monday-Friday, to the clients location
