Recruiter I

Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter I to join our team in Chantilly, VA. In this role, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

What You'll Get To Do:

• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Attend hiring events, as required.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, applicable experience may be substitued.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruiting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to utilize applicant tracking systems and associated workflows.
  
  
  

Nice To Have

• Ability to travel for hiring events and/or contract transitions.
• Prior experience using iCIMS is highly desired but not required.
• Prior experience in government contract recruiting.
