Job Summary
Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our accounting team.
Job Responsibilities / Requirements
- Prepare, scan, and index accounting documents, process incoming vendor invoices, and handle all incoming mail.
- Process checks, debit, and credit transactions using a cash register, reconcile money and paperwork daily, and back-up for all accounting positions .
- Minimum of two years of experience in accounting.
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Outlook.
- Must be able to 10-key accurately and proficiently.
- Experience in SAP a definite plus.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
- Training available for a qualified candidate.
- Work schedule includes rotating Saturdays .
- Other duties as assigned.
