Job Summary
Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our warehouse team.
Job Responsibilities / Requirements
- Obtain damage data from systems.
- Analyze and interpret data, and communicate findings.
- Generate and distribute reports.
- Post data for relevant employees to see.
- Investigate and follow up on issues related to damages, short-dated items, and related corrective actions.
- Engage with employees and assist management engage with employees to help reduce or prevent damages and shrinkage.
- Attend pre-shift meetings to discuss damage concerns.
- Work alongside the repack department to help reduce damages.
- Facilitate and present during damage meetings.
- Participate in developing company-wide best practices.
- Promote a team-based approach to reduce damages.
- Serve as a damage ambassador.
- Microsoft Office experience is required.
- SAP and AS400 experience preferred but not required.
- Requires interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to facility and lead meetings.
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
- Must be flexible to work on both shifts when required.
- Other duties as assigned.
