Summary
In the role of Gate Technician, you will assume a pivotal responsibility in the installation, maintenance, and repair of gates and related systems.
Duties
- Install gates & related products according to manufacturer specifications.
- Basic diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair of gates & related products.
- Perform preventive maintenance services.
- Maintain paperwork and records as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfactory service.
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proven experience working with garage doors and customers
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable MVR to be added to our auto insurance policy
- Reliable transportation to and from your base office location
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Schedule
- 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday
- Overtime, weekend, and/or on-call as needed
- Some service jobs may require occasional out-of-town travel
Work Conditions
- Non-climate-controlled environment – potentially working in all weather conditions.
- Frequently sitting, standing, bending, lifting up to 60 lbs.
