Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Badminton Coach to join our summer camp team. The coach will be responsible for teaching badminton to campers of all ages and skill levels, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, and ensuring a fun and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging badminton lesson plans.
- Assess campers' skills and provide tailored coaching to improve their game.
- Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
- Organize and supervise badminton activities and friendly competitions.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during practices and matches.
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and camp staff.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of badminton equipment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience coaching badminton, ideally in a camp or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of badminton techniques, strategies, and rules.
- Ability to work with children and young adults of varying skill levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
