The Coordinator, Compliance & Ethics reports directly to the Vice President of Compliance and Ethics and provides operational and administrative support across the Compliance & Ethics; Internal Audit, Trade Compliance, and Information Management. The role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination of compliance activities, efficient processes, and effective communication across the department.

Education, Training and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (will consider high school diploma or GED, and Certificate of Competency in typing, 10-key),
Experience: Three (3) or more years of experience as a Coordinator or similar role.

The role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination of compliance activities, efficient processes, and effective communication across the department.
Responsibilities And Essential Duties
Provide operational support to the Compliance and Ethics department at the corporate offices to include:
Compliance Program Administration
- Organize and coordinate Compliance & Ethics activities with minimal supervision, serving as the primary point of contact for the team.
- Conduct initial compliance reviews related to Gifts & Entertainment, Travel & Expense, and Conflicts of Interest, ensuring adequate documentation is provided and escalating as necessary.
- Assists in coordinating compliance work products that require Director and/or VP level review and approval, ensuring timely processing.
- Perform third party due diligence reviews on an as needed basis, with direct supervision, and support KYC remediation research as needed.
- Manage relationships with third party administrators, including: requesting proposals and quotes from vendors to ensure company supply chain processes are followed.
- Collaborate with Compliance & Ethics, Trade Compliance, Information Management, and Internal Audit to ensure all external providers are approved before coming to the site.
- Manage and maintain departmental information, acting as the administrator for team knowledge and management platforms, such as the team Storefront and SharePoint knowledge management.
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate information for management reports required for internal and external use, including budgets and forecasts, purchase orders, accounts payable summary reports, organization charts, compliance training records, and project status reports.
- Assist in tracking Internal Audit findings and administration of Internal Audit survey, including sending survey form, following-up with stakeholders and summarizing information.
- Support the preparation of Audit Committee materials and various departmental key performance indicator reports
- Coordinate and ensures effective and efficient team meeting scheduling, managing meeting cadence, and performing other logistical work including administrative work as necessary across all areas of the Compliance & Ethics and Internal Audit teams.
- Collaborate with the VP, Compliance & Ethics, VP, Internal Audit, and other leadership team members to track and ensure follow-through on meeting action items.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by the VP, Compliance and Ethics and VP, Internal Audit as the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.

- Ability to review large amounts of information and identify anomalies or noncompliance and take appropriate corrective measures.
- Performs off-site errands in support of departmental tasks, as needed.
- Advanced computer knowledge including Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, automated document management applications, and the aptitude to continually learn new software or applications is required.
- Know-Your-Counterparty and Anti-Corruption Due Diligence experience preferred
- Detailed oriented, with excellent analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
- Effective communicator at all levels of an organization and with individuals and groups from different disciplines, industries, and governmental agencies and exhibit exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Personal drive to get work done quickly, accurately, and with minimal oversight.
- Handles sensitive issues with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Acts with good judgment and a strong team player with the ability to meet deadlines.

WORK CONDITIONS
- Job is performed in a typical office environment, but is subject to time pressures and constraints, and is also dependent on input from others.
- Must occasionally lift and move up to 15 pounds.
