As an Associate Clinical Director, you will play a vital role in the leadership of our centers. You will supervise, performance manage, and train Clinical Directors within your designated market. Your responsibilities include achieving center performance objectives, managing P&L, fostering growth, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
In this dynamic role, you will balance direct patient care as a Primary Care Physician (PCP) with impactful leadership duties. You will be integral in shaping clinical outcomes across your assigned market while ensuring the development and engagement of your clinical team.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Leading clinical operations and managing Medical Directors across multiple centers to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Mentoring and coaching Clinical Directors, fostering talent development among PCPs, Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Medical Directors.
- Building a thriving culture that aligns with ChenMed's core values and service standards.
- Participating in the recruitment process to attract top clinical talent.
- Establishing strong relationships with payers, specialists, and community partners to enhance collaboration.
- Monitoring and responding proactively to workplace culture and performance issues.
