Job Description
In this role, you'll serve as a trusted primary care physician for our patients, providing personalized attention, expert care, and guidance to help them achieve optimal health. You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, address complex needs, and promote wellness.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose, and treat patients' conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating patient preferences and goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Cultivate relationships with community resources, specialists, and other stakeholders to enhance patient outcomes.
- Stay current on clinical best practices, evidence-based medicine, and industry developments.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, respect, and teamwork within the center.
Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or similar specialty).
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty preferred.
- Current, active State Medical License or ability to obtain one for the state(s) where you'll be working.
- Exceptional clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
